Jay and Karla Hebert, and their daughter Megan,  live on a very unique farm near the bayou in Plaquemine, Louisiana.   Their farm is located in sugarcane country, several miles off LA. 1,  not far from the famous Nottoway Plantation which has been the setting for several movies!   Jay and Karla have successfully bred APHA and AQHA horses for many years.   Jay is often assisted by his Dad who also lives on the homestead property.    Jay has been a Personal Ponies volunteer for several years.   He has assisted with many pony transports to and from Mobile, Alabama, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge.   He has boarded ponies several times during transports.  We could not travel ponies to all the states our ponies have gone to without the assistance of the Hebert family!    Thank you Jay and Karla!   You are greatly appreciated!Jay is dedicated horseman and a valued member of the Personal Ponies program.
