Heather Dionne,  and her family,  live on a farm in Lake Charles, Louisiana.   Heather is a NARHA registered hippotherapist and advanced level therapeutic riding instructor at the West Calcasieu Cameron Theraputic Riding Center located in Sulphur, Louisiana.  Heather is an experienced horse trainer and has been for many years.  She has trained and shown her own horses on state and regional levels in western and english disciplines.  Heather is a Personal Ponies Community Director.   She promotes the program everywhere she goes and seeks out individuals and families with whom we can consider placing pairs of ponies to love and care for!   Heather works with families in preparation of pony placement and does an all around wonderful job!  Many thanks to you Heather!   You are greatly appreciated!
